The Heliane model from Berkemann is characterized by comfort and function. The partial stretch insert on the inner side of the shoe relieves pressure and chafing points and thus alleviates discomfort or even pain, such as can be caused by a Hallux Valgus, for example, from the first minute it is worn. The optical trick here is that the highly flexible stretch material that is used looks almost exactly like genuine leather at first glance. What’s more, the shaft and sole of this model are joined by an elaborate hand-stitched seam, giving these clogs even more flexibility.
